More on compliance
Which states you can enroll clients in
Georgia is blocked outright. Several other states add cooling-off, bonding, or registration duties that are yours to satisfy.
Why you can’t start work yet
Disclosure, then contract, then cooling-off, then active. The order is enforced and cannot be skipped.
Why cooling-off ends later than you expected
Business days, the applicable state rule, and a deliberate one-day buffer.
The telemarketing flag and why it blocks billing
If a client was signed up through outbound telemarketing, you cannot collect from them here. There is no override.
Reading the activity feed
What gets logged, why no row can ever be edited or deleted, and how to search it.
