What gets logged
Every mutation in this workspace — enrollment signatures, round transitions, letters approved and mailed, charges created, exports, sign-ins — writes one row here the moment it happens. If it changed something, it is on this feed.
Why you can’t edit or delete a row
The log is append-only by design: nothing here can be updated or removed, by anyone, including us. That is deliberate — it exists so the answer to "who did what and when" can never have been altered afterward, which is what makes it hold up as evidence.
Searching and filtering
All three narrow the same feed and combine:
- Search — matches a client id, user id, or action name.
- Category — one kind of event at a time: clients, enrollment, rounds, letters, sign-ins, billing, account changes.
- Period — the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or all time.
When a number looks wrong
If a usage or billing figure in Settings looks off, check here first — it is the same data the figure was built from, timestamped and per-action, so you can see exactly which event produced the count before contacting support.
"Showing the newest 200 matches"
The feed caps at 200 rows per search. This message means there are more than 200 — narrow the period or add a search term to see older ones rather than assuming the list is complete.
