Your letters
Each dispute letter shows where it stands: sent to the mail carrier, in transit, or delivered to the bureau or furnisher. A delivered date means the carrier confirmed receipt at the destination — it does not mean a decision has been made yet. Bureaus still take their full response window after that.
Emails we’ve sent you
This lists account emails we sent to your address — letters-mailed notices, reminders to re-upload your report, and results-ready alerts — and whether each one actually went through.
Nothing here yet
If a section is empty, that step simply has not happened yet — for example, no letters show until your first round is mailed. It is not an error.
Something look wrong?
This page is read-only and cannot resend anything itself. If a letter looks stuck or an email you expected never arrived, use Contact support and mention which one — we can look it up and, if needed, requeue it.
