Three components
- A monthly base fee for the platform.
- A monthly amount per active client. A client counts as active only while their enrollment is active.
- A per-letter amount on top of postage for each dispute letter mailed.
Checking it yourself
Settings → "Usage this cycle" shows the counts your bill is built from, updated as you work. If a number looks wrong, compare it against the Activity feed, which records every action with a timestamp, before contacting us.
