Controlling what notifies you, and how

Email and in-app can be turned off independently for each kind of alert.

Two kinds you can control

  • Usage / spend cap warnings — your workspace is approaching or has hit a usage or AI-spend limit.
  • Failed-payment reminders — your subscription card was declined and needs updating.

Email and in-app are independent

On /account, each of those two kinds has its own Email checkbox and its own In-app checkbox. Turning off email for a kind still shows it in your Notifications inbox; turning off in-app still lets the email through. Turn both off to stop hearing about a kind entirely.

Security alerts are not optional

Sign-ins, and password or two-factor changes, always show in your Notifications inbox no matter what you have turned off. There is no email for this one — it is in-app only, by design, so it cannot be missed the way an email can be filtered away.

Quiet hours

Also on /account: a personal quiet-hours window. While it is set, usage-warning and failed-payment mail addressed to you is held rather than sent, then delivered once the window ends. Leave it blank to use your workspace’s own quiet hours from Settings instead.
