Your code
Share your referral code with prospects. Anyone who signs up for dispute services using it is linked to you automatically — there is nothing else for you to do.
What you can see
Each client referred with your code shows their name, state, and the date they joined. That is deliberate — this view is built to be PII-free, so you never see credit report contents, dispute details, or anyone’s account information beyond that.
What you cannot see
- Credit report data or dispute item details for any client.
- Billing amounts, invoices, or payment information.
- Anything about clients referred by someone else’s code.

Use Contact support from your portal. Your request appears under "Your requests" on that same page so you can see its status — we follow up by contacting you directly.
